I am pretty much hit or miss with Ferrell, some of his stuff I really like but some I just find moronic. I have to tell you though this one had me interested.
Stranger than Fiction is my favorite Will Ferrell movie and I agree that this film has the same vibe to it. He does really great work when given a good script and good direction.
When he seems to be let to run wild can have it’s moments but it’s like cake frosting; sometimes it’s okay but all the time just gets old fast.

I think the environment has to be right when he gets to run wild. He has to have a good supporting cast. Anchorman? Brilliant. Semi-Pro? Less so.
I don’t understand. Can’t he just call a locksmith if it’s his house?
