I remember when they announced that all 6 Star Wars movies were going to be available on Blu-ray at the same time and I had a little bit of an internal conflict about whether or not I would introduce the franchise to my son starting with A New Hope or with The Phantom Menace.
It didn’t take me long to decide that the Original Trilogy should come first. Chronology is nice, and everything. But my love of Star Wars is based around a certain experience or feeling I can’t quite articulate.

Yeah, I saw that video and thought it was awesome. My husband and I had already decided to show them to the kids in the order they were released, and this video just confirms how crucial that is to the story. I can’t wait to tape my kids’ reactions.
